Feeding the Next Generation
Kids who rely on free school meals during the week often go without food on the weekends and show up to school on Monday absolutely drained.
For the last decade, FITB’s Weekend Meal Program has filled this weekend food gap for thousands of local students, fueling a brighter future. When kids aren’t distracted by hunger, they can focus on school, their friends, and just being kids.
With rising inflation and the end of the universal school lunch program, kids need our help in 2023.
