Megan is a fan of any type of exercise that makes you sweat with a smile on. Training shouldn’t be easy, but it should be fun...This one hour workout will alternate between strength and cardio moves to get a full-body workout.

On our Playground we play hard!!! A rigorous workout that will ultimately challenge your overall stamina using creative speed, strength, power and cardio intervals. All whilst having FUN!

Casey McBride has been teaching yoga for 20 years throughout NYC and Fairfield County. Casey has a keen eye for alignment and works with students of all levels and injuries. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This class will link breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

Linda grew up loving to dance, her training includes Ballroom and Hip Hop, learning from World Champion Dancers. Cardio Dance Club is a dance fitness party combining a variety of rhythms and dance styles. From Latin, hip hop and jazz to pop and R&B, Cardio Dance Club delivers a little bit of everything with a mix of high and low-intensity routines. Fun and sweat guaranteed!
